Check - Does your PC meet with the minimum requirements for what ever version of Windows 10 you currently have installed, and the minimum requirements for ACDSee U2020?.Ģ/.
Perhaps they refer to two completely different periods of time, maybe before and after the update.ġ/. I can't reconcile 'Now I can at least go to folders but when I try to do anything it just closes' together with 'I.have spent many hours importing, assigning key words, and face recognition'. Have you set your startup folder in U2020 to a specific folder, or to the last folder used? Where is your ACDSee database located, on a local drive, an external drive, a NAS. Either way the question is 'what specified path can/could not be found'? It would help to know whether that is the exact wording of the error message, or a generalization, and whether it was a Windows message, or an ACDSee message. I have finally got it to open again since I was getting this error 'The system cannot find the path specified.'
